Rosto has just returned from Oman and UAE and so the blogging should be back up to speed in a couple of days. Vice are currently running this mini series over on their VBS website, it seems only fitting to blog it here as both Oman and UAE are both Muslim countries and much of the terrain and villages Rosto has been in over the last three weeks is very similar to this (minus the troops and terrorists). Incidentally the people of Oman are some of the kindest, warm and welcoming people the RWC crew have ever met and Rosto enjoyed his holiday in the Middle East so much that he's going back sometime soon.
